1. How do I estimate the number of gifts I need?

No need to purchase a gift for every contact. Begin by ordering a minimum number of gift cards to kickstart your campaign. Track real-time results, monitor gift redemptions, and effortlessly project your gift consumption. Receive notifications at specific levels you reach (mid, 75%, etc.).

2. Can I add more gifts to an ongoing campaign?

Certainly, if you’re uncertain about the quantity you need, feel free to reorder additional gifts to meet your estimates. Many of our customers utilize this option, and there is no additional cost associated with requesting a reorder.

3. Do I have to pay for all gifts?

We manage the gift procurement for your campaign, and any unclaimed gifts at the campaign’s end will be credited back to your account for future use. If you decide to conclude your campaigns without creating new ones, we would refund the remaining gift amount, with a 15% convenience fee deduction.

4. Do you support my recipients?

Absolutely, we handle the delivery process and assist recipients in receiving their gifts.
